Q. How do I open an account?

A. A credit application is included at the back of the 2004 Steren Catalog. Click here to download the catalog in PDF format. Complete the application, then follow the instructions at the top of the application for mailing or faxing.

Q. What credit cards do you accept?

A. We welcome MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Q. Do you accept C.O.D. orders?

A. C.O.D. orders are subject to the freight company’s collection fee. We accept cash, money orders and company checks.

Q. What are your office hours?

A. We are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time.

Q. Can I fax an order in?

A. Yes, you can fax an order at any time to 800-266-3334 or our local number 858-621-0664.

Q. Can I order online?

A. Currently, we do not accept online ordering. Please contact a customer service representative toll-free at 800-266-3333 or in the San Diego area call 858-621-6000. Fax your order to 800-266-3334 or 858-621-9000.

Q. How long does it take to send out a shipment?

A. Steren is FAST. The majority of orders received by noon Pacific time are processed and shipped the very same day.

Q. Do you collect sales tax?

A. Unless provided with a tax-exempt certificate, Steren collects and remits sales or use tax from California accounts.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. If by any reason your purchase from Steren is not quite what you anticipated, simply call our customer service representative and we will be happy to assist you. You may return current non-discontinued items for full credit up to 90 days from invoice date. Our requirements are simple: With the exception of defective items, the merchandise should be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Q. What kind of warranty do you offer?

A. Steren limits its warranties to 90 days from invoice date. Steren will repair or, at its option, replace products that prove to be defective under proper use during the warranty period. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Our products are not intended for use as critical components in life-support systems. DO NOT use our products as critical components in life-support systems or devices. Since we cannot control the manner of use of our products after their sale, we are not responsible for any direct, consequential or indirect damages resulting from their use.
