Warranty & Liability Disclaimer
STEREN limits its warranties to 90 days from in voice date.
- STEREN will repair or, at its option, replace products that prove to be defective under proper use during the warranty period. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
- Our products are not intended for use as critical components in life-support systems or devices. (Since we cannot control the manner of use of our products after their sale, we are not responsible for any direct, consequential or indirect damages resulting from their use.)
Damage or Shortage Claims
We pack your order carefully in compliance with common carriers' requirements. Please follow these recommendations upon receiving an order:
- Open your order immediately upon receipt to check for concealed damage and compare the packing list to the items shipped.
- Make a note of any damage or shortage on the freight bill or carrier's receipt next to your signature. (The carrier's agent must also sign acknowledging the loss)
- If damaged, keep the original shipping cartons for possible inspection by the carrier. You must report claims for loss or damage within 3 days of delivery.
Returning Shipped Items
You may return current non-discontinued items for full credit up to 90 days from the invoice date. Our requirements are simple:
- Excepting defective items, be sure to return the merchandise in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
- To return shipped items, call our Customer Service Representatives and reference our invoice number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return order form. This form, required to issue credit must be attached to the package(s).
- Please be certain to mark the RMA number on the package(s) boldly and legibly.
- Unless a different carrier is specified by your customer service representative, please ship your returned via UPS freight prepaid and insured.
- We will process your credit immediately upon receipt of your return order. For C.O.S. refunds, we will issue a company check within 1-2 weeks of receipt of goods.
